Ann
Hi! I’m Ann and I have been designing and teaching at the Crop Shop for several years. My passions are photography and scrapbooking, and I’ve been doing both in one form or another for most of my life!
My style has evolved a lot over the years, but my favorite layouts remain those where the photography is the main focus. I absolutely love all the papers and embellishments, and I’ll admit I’m an avid “collector” of both, but for me they are always secondary to the photos. I love making my own embellishments, and love projects that allow me to make a dent in my massive collection of color-coded scraps! I especially love making mini-albums: week-in-the-life albums, travel albums, December daily albums, tribute albums, etc. There are so many great products out there to inspire this kind of project!
I’m also a big fan of altered projects, whether it be a printers tray, a game board, or anything else that catches my eye. There just aren’t enough hours in the day!
The main subjects for many of my projects are my husband of almost 25 years, and our two sons, who are both off at college. I work in the technology field at a school in Natick, and we love our home in Milton, which finally now has a scrapbook room! Yeah!
Some of Ann’s work is shown below.
